product details
GN19-12C/400、 630, 1000, 1250, 2000 (one as a pillar insulator and one as a porcelain bushing insulator) are installed in parallel in three phases, and the conductive part consists of a contact blade, a static contact, and a contact seat (or conductive rod). Each contact blade is connected to a pull rod insulator in the middle, which is connected to the main shaft installed on the chassis. The spindle is connected to the connecting rod (provided by the user) and the CS6-1 (T) type operating mechanism through a handle, and the operating mechanism is linked to the auxiliary switch together with the linkage rod. The conductive part is mainly composed of a contact blade and a static contact. The static contact is installed on the supporting insulators at both ends, and each phase of the contact blade is composed of two groove shaped pictures. It not only increases the heat dissipation area of the contact blade, which is beneficial for reducing temperature rise, but also improves the mechanical strength of the contact blade, which enhances the dynamic stability of the switch. One end of the contact blade is installed on the static contact blade through a shaft pin (bolt), and the other end of the contact blade is separable from the static contact system. The contact pressure of the contact blade is maintained by the contact springs at both ends. Base frame assembly: consisting of the main shaft of the base frame and a limit plate (stop gear), the limit plate is mainly used to ensure that the required end position is obtained when the conductive contact blade is "opened" and "closed". 5、 Installation and Adjustment 5.1 Preparation before Installation 5.1.1 Open the packaging box, check if the product and accessories are complete, and if there is any damage to the product during transportation and storage 5.1.2 Remove dust and dirt from the product, carefully wipe the grounding part and surface of the insulator and chassis 5.1.3 Apply industrial Vaseline oil to all mechanical wiping parts 5.2 The isolation switch and hand mechanism can be installed vertically, horizontally or obliquely in the switchgear or on the wall. 5.3 The installation height of the isolation switch is generally 2.5-6 meters (distance from the isolation switch shaft to the ground), and the installation position of the hand mechanism is 1-1.3 meters from the handle fulcrum to the ground. After installation, the rotation angle of the CS6-1 hand mechanism handle should match the rotation angle of the main shaft when the GN19-10C isolation switch is opened and closed. The adjustment process should be carried out in the following manner. a、 The connecting rod between the isolation switch and the manual mechanism consists of a connecting piece and a 3/4 gas pipe (to be provided by the user). The two ends of the rod are connected to the connecting piece, and one end of the connecting piece can adjust the length of the connecting rod through a bolt. The length of the tube is determined by the position of the hand force mechanism and isolation switch. If the output arm of the hand force mechanism is not in the same plane as the crank arm on the isolation switch spindle, the connecting rod can be bent to achieve the correct connection between the switch and the mechanism, and the length of the bolt can also be adjusted. b、 Determine the initial angle of the isolation switch spindle crank arm according to the adjustment requirements, then drill holes and drive positioning pins to fix the crank arm. c. The CS6-1 manual mechanism can be adjusted through different connection holes on the fan-shaped plate in the manual mechanism to adapt to the starting and ending positions of the isolation switch from the closing to the opening position. After adjusting the isolation switch, perform 3-5 operations without any jamming or other abnormal phenomena that hinder its operation. When operating the manual force mechanism handle upwards, the isolation switch should be in the closed position, and when the handle is downwards, it should be in the open position. When in the open and close positions, the mechanism positioning pin should reliably lock the handle to prevent accidental operation. The shortest distance between the same pole fracture after the isolation switch is opened shall not be less than 150mm. When the auxiliary switch action does not meet the requirements, the position of the hole on the linkage arm can be adjusted to accurately close the contact of the auxiliary switch. Even when the hand force mechanism reaches the open position, the normally open contact of the auxiliary switch should be in the closed position. The signal indicating the opening of the isolation switch for auxiliary switches should be given after the contact blade of the isolation switch has passed 75% of its full stroke, and the signal indicating the closing position of the isolation switch should be given after the contact blade of the isolation switch comes into contact with the contact. 5.10 The grounding wire must have good contact, and the grounding circuit resistance must not exceed 3 ohms. The contact between the 5.11 terminal and the busbar connection must be good, fixed reliably, and avoid mechanical stress transmitted from the busbar to the isolation switch. 5.12 Fixed isolation: The insertion depth of screws on the wall should not be less than the following regulations: 90mm for brick walls, 75mm for cement. 5.13 The contact between the contact blade and the static contact should be good, and the normal pressure of the pressure spring on the contact surface of the contact should reach 392 ± 39. 5.14 The appearance and installation dimensions are shown in Figure 6. Use and Maintenance 6.1 The isolation switch must be maintained when the circuit and power are cut off, that is, it is not electrified. 6.2 After the isolation switch is opened, the pin attached to the mechanism must be inserted into the hole on the machine base and locked to ensure absolute safety. 6.3 Repair the burnt parts of the contacts, remove dust and dirt, especially on the conductive contact parts and insulator surfaces. After inspection, apply a layer of industrial Vaseline on the contact surfaces. 6.4 Check whether the fasteners are securely connected and whether the grounding part is in good condition. (Loose grounding bolts and rusting at contact points are not allowed) 6.5 Check the contacts. If there is serious damage to the contact blade or residual deformation of the pressure spring, it must be replaced before use. 6.6 After all maintenance and installation are completed, several opening and closing tests must be conducted. If there are any defects, they still need to be readjusted until they are normal before they can be put into operation. 6.7 Apply industrial Vaseline to the rotating friction part of the mechanism. 7、 Ordering Instructions 7.1 Ordering Instructions: Product Model, Rated Voltage, Rated Current, and Hand Mechanism Model. 7.2 Isolation switch and hand mechanism are supplied together, and can also be supplied separately according to user requirements.Online inquiry
